Before requesting a refund we encourage you to let us know if you are having any issues with ZBrush Jewelry Workshop.  We are dedicated to ensuring our Members are satisfied with our platform and would appreciate the chance to resolve any issues you may have.
 
If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may request a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
 
RETURNS
 
All returns must be requested within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. 
 
RETURN PROCESS
 
To refund your membership, please email customer service at [email protected] to request a refund.
 
REFUNDS
 
Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your request to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
 
EXCEPTIONS    
 
The following items cannot be returned:

     ●     Do not retain or distribute any ZBrushJewelryWorkshop materials after requesting a refund. This includes, but is not limited to, downloaded files, videos, links, brushes, or any other course/platform content.
